The characteristics of natural resources themselves make qualitative analysis in natural resources exploitation and utilization research and simple measurement methods more and more unable to meet the needs of policy makers. On the other hand, the application of computer technology and remote sensing technology has provided technical assurance for the acquisition and processing of resource information, which has promoted the further research on decision model.
