苏霍姆林斯基曾说过:“教育的效果取决于学校家庭的一致性,如果没有这种一致性,学校的教学、教育就会像纸做的房子一样倒塌下来。”所以,家庭教育不是学校教育的简单重复,更不是学校教育的简单继续,而是与学校教育互为补充的一条重要途径。如果缺失任何一方,我们的教育都是不全面的,学生的心理发展也是不健全的。作为教师,必须和家长联系、沟通,以便相互了解和理解,在教育学生的理念、方法、实际操作方面达成共识,形成教育的合力。
Sukhomlinski once said: “The effect of education depends on the consistency of school families. Without such consistency, the teaching and education in schools will collapse like paper-made houses.” Therefore, Family education is not a simple repetition of school education, nor is it a simple continuation of school education, but an important complement to school education. Without any one party, our education is not comprehensive, and the psychological development of students is not perfect either. As teachers, we must contact and communicate with parents so that we can understand each other and understand each other. We can reach consensus on how to educate our students in their philosophy, methods and practices, and form a joint force of education.
