针对专用小麦栽培的氮素合理利用问题,在盆栽条件下,研究氮素形态对不同专用型小麦旗叶谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)活性和籽粒蛋白质及产量的影响。结果表明:铵态氮(NH4+-N)能提高强筋小麦豫麦34、中筋小麦豫麦49旗叶的GS和GOGAT活性,硝态氮(NO3--N)则能提高弱筋小麦豫麦50旗叶的GS和GOGAT活性。施用铵态氮和酰胺态氮(NH2-N)有利于提高强筋、中筋和弱筋小麦籽粒蛋白质含量,而NO3--N则不利于提高籽粒蛋白质含量。小麦籽粒蛋白质含量与旗叶GS活性呈正相关。NO3--N可提高强筋和弱筋小麦产量,NH2-N能提高中筋小麦产量。
Aimed at the rational use of nitrogen in specialty wheat cultivars, the effect of nitrogen forms on flag leaf glutamine synthetase (GS), glutamate synthase (GOGAT) activity and grain protein content and yield influences. The results showed that ammonium nitrogen (NH4 + -N) increased the activities of GS and GOGAT in the flag leaf of the strong gluten wheat Yumai 34 and the medium gluten wheat Yumai 49, while NO3 - N increased the content of weak gluten wheat Yumai 50 Flag Leaf GS and GOGAT activity. The application of ammonium nitrogen and amido nitrogen (NH2-N) was beneficial to improve the grain protein content of strong gluten, medium gluten and weak gluten wheat, while NO3 - N was not conducive to increase grain protein content. The grain protein content of wheat was positively correlated with the GS activity of flag leaf. NO3 - N can increase the yield of strong gluten and weak gluten wheat, and NH2-N can increase the yield of mid gluten wheat.
