产前子痫一般发生在妊娠足月或近足月。笔者遇1例发生在27(6/7)周。患者41岁,孕1产0。因头痛、头晕、视物不清、浮肿半个月,抽搐5天,于1986年2月17日入院。查体:血压160/100mmHg。意识模糊,口唇发绀。心肺正常。宫高平脐,可触及胎体,胎心140次/分。未引出病理反射。尿蛋白(+++)。入院后经降压、镇静、利尿治疗抽搐停止。因胎儿死于宫内行引产术,患者17天痊愈出院。
Prenatal eclampsia usually occurs in full or near full-term pregnancy. I met one case occurred in 27 (6/7) weeks. The patient is 41 years old and has a birth of 0. Due to headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, swollen half a month, convulsions 5 days, February 17, 1986 admission. Physical examination: blood pressure 160 / 100mmHg. Consciousness, lips cyanosis. Cardiopulmonary normal. Palace Gaoping umbilical, accessible carcass, fetal heart rate 140 beats / min. Did not lead to pathological reflex. Urinary protein (+++). After admission by blood pressure, sedation, diuretic treatment of convulsions stopped. Due to the fetus died of intrauterine abortion induced labor, the patient was cured 17 days discharged.
