近年来发现Cisapride系一种具有促进胃肠道运动功能而无抗多巴胺能作用的新药。本文作者给志愿者使用Cisapride,通过测定食管下端括约肌压力(LESP)和血药浓度,试图寻找最合适的剂量以供临床使用。
In recent years, Cisapride was found to be a new drug that has the effect of promoting gastrointestinal motility without anti-dopamine action. The authors used Cisapride for volunteers to try to find the most suitable dose for clinical use by measuring the lower esophageal sphincter pressure (LESP) and plasma concentration.
