(接上期)(二)因机动车辆停放管理引发的纠纷近年来,私家车呈现爆发式增长,由物业服务企业对机动车辆停放进行管理引发的纠纷不断增多,主要有:1、因车位分配与管理引发的纠纷。目前,商品房小区车多位少的矛盾十分突出,有一部分有车业主分不到车位,由此与物业服务企业之间发生纠纷。有的物业服务企业采取了对没有车位的车辆不让进小区的做法,加剧了双方之间的矛盾,甚至会引发群体性纠纷,有时引发业主采取用车堵小区大门的过激行为来发泄情绪。
