The 3rd China Young Materials Science Symposium, organized by Organizing Committee of Youth Working Committee of China Materials Federation, was held in Dalian on September 6-9, 1991. The specific organizers of this meeting are Dalian University of Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University and the Institute of Aerospace 621.
