自20世纪80年代我国实行房地产业体制改革以来,我国的房地产业得到了快速发展,已经成为国民经济的支柱产业之一。但是,其中还存在不少问题,本文得出结论:解决我国房地产业存在的诸多问题离不了政府的有效调控。
Since the real estate reform was carried out in our country in the 1980s, the real estate industry in our country has developed rapidly and has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. However, there are still many problems, the paper concludes that many problems in the real estate industry in our country can not be controlled effectively by the government.
