7月11日午后,骄阳似火,沈阳消防模拟训练基地,一场国内规模空前的综合灭火实战演习即将在此拉开帷幕。 前来观看演习的有公安部消防局,国家审计署、中共辽宁省委、省人大、省政府,中共沈阳市委、市政府、辽宁省公安厅、沈阳市公安局以及来自全国30多个省、自治区、直辖市消防总队的领导,有省会市、计划单列市等消防支队领导,省、市直属机关领导,各委办局领导以及社会各界群众一万多人。
