目的:从神经内分泌角度探讨功能性消化不良肝郁模型大鼠胃动素与胃Cajal间质细胞(interstitialcell of Cajal,ICC)的关系。方法:通过运用郭氏夹尾刺激法制备FD肝郁动物模型,用放射免疫法测定血浆胃动素含量,用透射电镜观察肝郁模型大鼠胃Cajal间质细胞超微结构。结果:模型组血浆胃动素含量(102.54±3.86)pg/mL比正常组降低,(P<0.05)。ICC数目减少,ICC与平滑肌细胞之间的缝隙连接松弛。结论:ICC是胃平滑肌运动的起搏细胞,胃动素通过ICC对胃肌收缩进行调节。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between motilin and interstitial cell of Cajal (ICC) in rats with functional dyspepsia and hepatic depression from the angle of neuroendocrine. Methods: The model of FD rat liver cirrhosis was established by applying Kuo-tailed tail stimulation. The content of plasma motilin was determined by radioimmunoassay. The ultrastructure of gastric Cajal interstitial cells was observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: The level of plasma motilin in model group (102.54 ± 3.86) pg / mL was lower than that in normal group (P <0.05). The number of ICCs is reduced and the gap junction between ICC and smooth muscle cells is loosened. CONCLUSIONS: ICC is a pacemaker of gastric smooth muscle motility and ICM regulates gastric muscle contraction.
