探讨热应激蛋白(HSP)70抗体在高温中暑疾病的预防、诊断及预后判断中的作用。本文利用cDNA 及pET质粒载体系统纯化的HSP70抗原建立免包被的酶联免疫反应技术检测了74例高温中暑患者血浆中的HSP70抗体水平,并与60名正常对照组进行了比较。结果表明高温中暑组HSP70抗体升高,其阳性率及滴度均较正常对照组有高度显著性差异(P< 0.01)。另外,部分患者发病住院时抗HSP70水平较高,治愈出院时有所下降,甚至转阴。提示检测高温中暑病人发病前后体内抗HSP70抗体的存在及滴度,可有助于预防高温中暑的发生,疾病的诊断及病人预后的判断。
To investigate the role of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in the prevention, diagnosis and prognosis of HTS. In this study, HSP70 antibody was detected in 74 patients with hyperthermia and heat stroke by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with HSP70 purified by cDNA and pET plasmid vector system and compared with 60 normal controls. The results showed that heat stroke HSP70 antibody increased, the positive rate and titer were significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.01). In addition, some patients with high incidence of hospital-acquired anti-HSP70 levels, cured at discharge decreased, or even negative. It is suggested that detecting the presence and titer of anti-HSP70 antibody before and after onset of high temperature heat stroke patients may be helpful to prevent the occurrence of heat stroke, diagnosis of disease and judgment of patient prognosis.
