目的:优选亮菌多糖的提取条件。方法:采用正交实验设计,以多糖得率为指标。结果:亮菌多糖提取最佳条件为每次加20倍量水,每次煎煮3 h,煎煮3次。结论:该工艺所得亮菌多糖得率较高,简便可行。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Pleurotus. Methods: Orthogonal experimental design was used to determine the yield of polysaccharides. RESULTS: The optimum conditions for extracting the polysaccharides of the fungus were 20 times of water each time, 3 hours of decocting each time, and boiling 3 times. Conclusion: The yield of polysaccharides obtained by this technique is high and it is simple and feasible.
