对400系铁素体不锈钢冷轧板在不同退火温度(750~850℃)下的组织与性能进行研究。结果表明,当退火温度在800℃以下不锈钢组织变化不大,强度和伸长率无明显变化;在850℃附近晶粒有少许粗化以及加热中出现了铁素体和奥氏体的两相组织,冷却后奥氏体转变为马氏体,其强度明显升高,而伸长率显著降低;在800~850℃之间试样发生完全再结晶,使试样的性能和组织恢复到畸变前的状态;经830℃退火处理后,晶粒细化,伸长率最高,从而该试验钢的最佳退火温度约为830℃。
The microstructure and properties of 400 series ferritic stainless steel cold-rolled plates under different annealing temperatures (750 ~ 850 ℃) were studied. The results show that when the annealing temperature is below 800 ℃, the microstructure of stainless steel does not change much, and there is no obvious change in strength and elongation. When the temperature is up to 850 ℃, there is a little coarsening of the grains and the two phases of ferrite and austenite appear during heating , The austenite transformed into martensite after cooling, its strength increased significantly, while the elongation decreased significantly; the sample completely recrystallized between 800 ~ 850 ℃, so that the performance of the sample and the organization restored to the pre-distortion After annealing at 830 ℃, the grain refinement and elongation are the highest, so the optimum annealing temperature of the test steel is about 830 ℃.
