合成一系列异苯并二氢吡喃并〔3,4-b〕吡啶酮衍生物,测定了它们的组成,红外光谱、核磁共振谱。所合成的衍生物大都表现出一定的抗炎性能。
A series of isochroman [3,4-b] pyridone derivatives were synthesized and their compositions, infrared spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra were determined. Most of the synthesized derivatives showed some anti-inflammatory properties.
