加入WTO后,必须促进我国企业会计人员管理模式与国际接轨,积极进行企业会计人员管理模式改革,完善会计法规建设,加强会计人员监督管理,规范会计人员聘任管理,重视会计人员继续教育,提高会计人员综合素质,实现企业会计人员管理由国家直接管理向直接管理与间接管理相结合的方式转变,建立以企业所有者独立管理为主,政府监管和行业自律相结合的企业会计人员管理模式。
