采用傅里叶变换红外光谱结合二阶导数谱法分析了山豆根不同部位化学成分的红外光谱特征及其差异。结果表明,山豆根根、茎、叶均含有生物碱、黄酮、皂苷、蛋白质、多糖等化学成分。但其含量在不同部位存在一定差异.叶中蛋白质和黄酮含量高于根和茎.而皂苷和多糖含量则低于根和茎。可见红外光谱结合二阶导数谱法为山豆根不同部位化学成分及含量的研究提供了一种快速、全面的分析方法。
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with second derivative spectroscopy was used to analyze the chemical constituents of different parts of the roots of the infrared spectral characteristics and differences. The results showed that the roots, stems and leaves of C. capitatum contained alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, proteins, polysaccharides and other chemical components. However, their contents differed in different parts.The content of protein and flavone in leaves was higher than that in roots and stems, but the contents of saponins and polysaccharides were lower than those in roots and stems. Visible infrared spectroscopy combined with second derivative spectroscopy for the different parts of the roots of the chemical composition and content of the study provides a rapid and comprehensive analysis.
