为了研究红曲多糖对动物是否有毒副作用,试验将30只体重为18~22 g的昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为3组,对照组灌胃生理盐水0.4 m L,低剂量组灌胃红曲多糖溶液100 mg/(kg·d),高剂量组灌胃红曲多糖溶液300 mg/(kg·d),小鼠正常灌胃21 d后称量体重,并分别对肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、心脏、肺脏称重,计算脏器指数及血清血糖含量和谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性。结果表明:高、低剂量红曲多糖组与对照组相比,小鼠体重、肾脏、心脏、肺脏重及脏器指数均无明显差异,而肝脏和脾脏重增加,血糖含量及谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性无明显变化。说明红曲多糖对小鼠无明显毒副作用,有提高小鼠机体免疫力的作用。
In order to study whether or not polysaccharides of marijuana have toxic and side effects on animals, 30 male Kunming mice weighing 18-22 g were randomly divided into three groups.
