以包钢含氟烧结矿的粘结相为研究对象,考察了粘结相自身的抗折、抗压强度随粘结相组成的变化规律。通过改变粘结相的碱度以及MgO、CaF2和FeO的含量测得了不同粘结相的抗折、抗压强度。结果表明,碱度低于1.4时,碱度增加使粘结相的抗折、抗压强度增加,碱度高于1.4时,粘结相粉化严重;添加MgO使粘结相抗折、抗压强度下降;添加少量CaF2能提高粘结相的抗折、抗压强度;FeO的质量分数为3.86%时,粘结相的抗折、抗压强度最高。
Taking binder phase of fluorite sinter in Baotou Steel as the research object, the change law of the flexural and compressive strength of the binder phase with the composition of the binder phase was investigated. By changing the basicity of the binder phase and the contents of MgO, CaF2 and FeO, the flexural and compressive strengths of different binder phases were measured. The results show that when the basicity is lower than 1.4, the basicity increases to increase the flexural strength and compressive strength of the binder phase. When the basicity is higher than 1.4, the binder phase is seriously powdered. When MgO is added, The compressive strength of the binder phase decreased. Adding a small amount of CaF2 increased the flexural and compressive strength of the binder phase. The flexural strength and compressive strength of the binder phase were the highest when the mass fraction of FeO was 3.86%.
