目的探讨升温输液对烧伤休克兔血液流变学和血气的影响。方法将30只新西兰兔随机分成两组,建立烧伤休克模型,一组采用低温(18℃)输液,另一组采用升温(37℃)输液,分别于输液后1h、3h、6h、12h检测血液流变学和血气的变化。结果升温输液组与低温输液组相比较,全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数明显降低(P<0.001),Paco2也明显降低(P<0.05);SatO2、Pao2、BEecf、pH明显升高(P<0.05)。结论升温输液对改善血循环,纠正酸碱平衡紊乱,并对预防烧伤休克的多器官损害具有一定作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of warming infusion on the hemorheology and blood gas in burn shock rabbits. Methods Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. Burn shock model was established. One group received low temperature (18 ℃) infusion and the other group received warm (37 ℃) infusion. Blood samples were taken at 1h, 3h, 6h and 12h after infusion Rheology and blood gas changes. Results The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity index were significantly decreased (P <0.001) and Paco2 (P <0.05) in the warm infusion group compared with the low temperature infusion group. SatO2, Pao2, BEecf, pH Was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion warming infusion to improve blood circulation, correct acid-base balance disorders, and to prevent burn injury multiple organ damage has a role.
