地市级别的传统媒体,不管是从规模,还是从受众来讲,在国内的传统媒体系统中都占据重要的位置,但是,在媒介进行融合发展的环境中,地市级别的报纸与广电行业相互分立的发展格局,对国内传统媒体更进一步的发展,会产生不利的影响。针对量大、面广的地市级别的报纸和广电行业,必须进行改革,实现行业的整合和合并,不仅是一种发展的战略策划,也是一种促进媒介行业发展的有效途径。
