对几种铅中毒诊断指标进行了评价。共计688人接触不同铅浓度(铅作业组接触铅浓度为0.44~1.92mg/m~3;污染组为0.013~0.24mg/m~3;对照组为0~0.0007mg/m~3)。尿铅、血铅与ZPP在不同铅浓度下呈明显的剂量-反应关系。ZPP与尿铅、ZPP与血铅均呈显著正相关,但尿铅与血铅之间相关不显著。ZPP的敏感度高于尿铅,特异性高于血铅。
Several indicators of lead poisoning were evaluated. A total of 688 people were exposed to different concentrations of lead (lead exposure to lead 0.44 ~ 1.92mg / m ~ 3; pollution 0.013 ~ 0.24mg / m ~ 3; control group 0 ~ 0.0007mg / m ~ 3). Urinary lead and blood lead showed significant dose-response relationship with ZPP at different concentrations of lead. There was a significant positive correlation between ZPP and urinary lead, ZPP and blood lead, but there was no significant correlation between urine lead and blood lead. The sensitivity of ZPP is higher than that of urine lead and the specificity is higher than that of blood lead.
