以“华京”小白菜为试材,利用LED精量调制光源,设红光、蓝光、红/蓝(3/1)、红/蓝(7/1)、白/红/蓝(3/2/1)5个光质处理,以白光为对照,研究了不同光质对小白菜生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明:红/蓝(7/1)处理下小白菜植株茎粗、叶宽、叶面积及根系长度均显著高于其它处理;根系活力以红/蓝(7/1)处理的最强,在蓝光下的最弱;叶绿素含量以蓝光处理的最高,且叶绿素总量与红/蓝光值呈负相关;光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均以红光处理的最高,而蓝光处理下有较高的胞间CO2浓度。这说明红/蓝(7/1)光有利于提高小白菜叶片的光合作用,可有效促进植株生长,提高其产量。
