我曾一度认为,家长每天都要来园接送孩子,有什么意见、建议可以当面交流,再去家访纯属多此一举。但是,当我们走进孩子家庭,才发现幼儿的家庭情况和幼儿的具体表现竟是如此复杂多样。因此,我们针对各个家庭的不同情况,给予家长不同的意见和建议:一、对于在认字、写字、计算方面对孩子要求过高、急于求成的家长,我们主要向他们解释幼儿的年龄特点,告诉他们过多、过急的要求会导致孩子产生畏难情绪,丧失自信心的危害,同时向他们宣传科学的教育方法。二、对于认为教育主要是教师的事,与自己关系不大的家长,我们着重向他们宣传家园配合教育的重要性,使家长认识到自己的言传身教将会对孩子产生重大影响。三、对于不懂得如何教育孩子或教育方法不当的家
