为了改善La-Fe-B系储氢电极合金的电化学性能,对熔炼-快淬工艺制备的La_(15)Fe_(22)Ni_(55)Mn_5B_3储氢合金在一定温度(1 173K,1 373K)下保温后,在水中进行淬火处理。采用XRD,SEM,EDS及电化学方法研究了不同温度下淬火对合金结构和性能的影响。结果表明:淬火处理对合金的相组成有明显影响,放氢P-C-T平台压降低,合金电极的活化能力提高,最大放电容量增加,高倍率放电能力(HRD)得到改善,循环稳定性略有降低。
In order to improve the electrochemical performance of La-Fe-B hydrogen storage electrode alloy, La_ (15) Fe_ (22) Ni_ (55) Mn_5B_3 hydrogen storage alloys prepared by the smelting-quenching process were sintered at a certain temperature (1 173 K, ) Under the insulation, quenching in water. The effects of quenching at different temperatures on the structure and properties of the alloys were investigated by XRD, SEM, EDS and electrochemical methods. The results show that quenching treatment has a significant effect on the phase composition of the alloy. The pressure drop of the P-C-T platform decreases, the activation ability of the alloy electrode increases, the maximum discharge capacity increases, the high rate discharge capability (HRD) improves and the cycle stability decreases slightly.
