李学全是云南省迪庆藏族自治州维西傈僳族自治县人民法院副院长,1970年生,傈僳族,他于1993年从云南政法高等专科学校毕业从事审判工作以来,先后在基层法庭、经济庭和民事审判庭工作,历任书记员、助理审判员、审判员。十几年来,无论在什么岗位,他都凭着对审判事业的忠诚与热爱,崇尚“司法为民”的现代司法理念,时刻牢记全心
Li Xuequan is a vice president of People’s Court of Weixi Lisu Autonomous County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Since he was born in 1970, Lisu was a judge who graduated from Yunnan Politics and Law College in 1993 and has served successively in grassroots courts, economic courts and civil affairs Trial Chamber work, served as clerk, assistant judge, judge. For more than a decade, he has always cherished the heart of mind with his loyalty and devotion to the cause of judgment and the modern judicial concept of “justice for the people” regardless of his position.
