研究了浓缩铀~(235)UO_2F_2在不同水平内污染机体时,对外周免疫器官脾淋巴细胞的DNA合成和非程序DNA合成(UDS)以及精子DNA链修复的影响。观察发现,当机体摄入小剂量浓缩铀时,可刺激脾脏T,B淋巴细胞的增殖和DNA合成;同时,由紫外线诱导的脾淋巴细胞的DNA切除修复能力和精子DNA链的修复功能亦呈现明显的刺激效应。而当浓缩铀内污染的剂量达到100μg/kg时,观察到脾T,B淋巴细胞的DNA合成都呈现明显的抑制,~3H-TdR的参入率显著下降。在浓缩铀内污染剂量达到500μg/kg时,对脾淋巴细胞UDS和精子DNA链修复功能呈现抑制作用。
The effects of enriched uranium 235 UO 2 F 2 on DNA synthesis and non-program DNA synthesis (UDS) of spleen lymphocytes of peripheral immune organs and sperm DNA repair were investigated when polluted with different levels of uranium.
