目的观察肺结核患者营养干预的疗程。方法将82例患者随机分为膳食营养干预组和对照组:干预组41例,对照组41例,观察两组患者住院天数、痰菌转阴的天数的差异。结果干预组痰菌转阴的天数和住院天数分别为13d和31d,明显短于对照组的19d和42d(均P<0.05)。结论营养干预可明显缩短肺结核患者的痰菌转阴天数及住院天数。
Objective To observe the course of nutritional intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into dietary intervention group and control group: 41 cases in intervention group and 41 cases in control group. The days of hospitalization and the number of sputum bacterium negative days in two groups were observed. Results The number of sputum negative days and hospital stay in the intervention group were 13 days and 31 days, respectively, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group on the 19th and 42th days (all P <0.05). Conclusion Nutritional intervention can significantly reduce the number of sputum bacilli negative days and days of hospitalization in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
