重组人生长激素治疗垂体性侏儒症已取得满意的效果。我们对2例确诊为垂体性侏儒症的小儿采用瑞典Kabivtrum AB公司的重组DNA人工合成的hGH(Somatonorm)进行治疗,历时分别为5个月和5个半月,现将结果报告如下。
Recombinant human growth hormone treatment of pituitary dwarfism has achieved satisfactory results. We treated 2 pediatric patients diagnosed with pituitary dwarfism treated with recombinant DNA synthetic hGH (Somatonorm) from Sweden’s Kabivtrum AB for 5 months and 5 and a half months, respectively, and the results are reported below.
