空白值大小对化学分析精密度的影响是分析工作者很关心的问题,特别是对痕量分析更是不容忽视的。痕量分析中测定值与空白值往往在同一数量级,因而可以认为空白值越大对测定结果的精密度影响也越大,那种以为只要空白值恒定就不影响测定结果的精密度对痕量分析是不正确的。当然,降低空白值的效果是以可靠的方法为前提的,如果方法本身就不够精密,降低空白也就毫无意义了。
