观察康尔心1号对病毒性心肌炎患者左心功能影响并进行实验研究。结果表明:康尔心1号能使病毒性心肌炎患者主要左心功能指标明显改善,与辅酶 Q_(10)治疗组比较有显著性差异。能体外直接灭活柯萨奇 B_3病毒,并有效地保护培养小鼠心肌细胞免受柯萨奇 B_3病毒的攻击;可促进病毒性心肌炎模型小鼠体内干扰素的诱生,提高 NK 细胞活性。
Observe the effect of Kangerxin 1 on left heart function in patients with viral myocarditis and conduct an experimental study. The results showed that Kangerxin 1 could significantly improve the left cardiac function in patients with viral myocarditis, and there was a significant difference compared with the coenzyme Q10 treatment group. The in vitro direct inactivation of Coxsackie B_3 virus and effective protection of cultured mouse cardiomyocytes against Coxsackie B_3 virus can promote the induction of interferon in mice with viral myocarditis and increase the activity of NK cells.
