自应力水泥压力管是我厂的主要产品,在压力管的生产过程中,蒸养温度控制的好坏直接影响到产品质量,我们常常发现由于蒸养温度控制不当而使管子产生纵向开裂膨胀破坏。我厂以往采用坑式人工控温的蒸养方式,蒸养温度、蒸养时间和产品质量都不易保证,能源消耗也很大。鉴于此,1982年11月我们在国家建材局苏州混凝土水泥制品研究院的指导下,在压力管二车间安装了3台ZWK-B型蒸养数控仪,经过应用试验证明,该车间应用该仪之后,使蒸养工艺生产实现了自动控制,提高了产品合格率,降低了蒸汽耗量,效果良好,深受工人欢迎,现介绍如下。
The self-stressing cement pressure pipe is the main product of our factory. During the production process of the pressure pipe, the quality of the steaming and holding temperature directly affects the quality of the product. We often find that the longitudinal cracking expansion and destruction of the pipe is caused by improper control of the steaming and heating temperature. . In the past, our factory adopted the pit-type artificial temperature-controlled steaming method. The steaming temperature, steaming time, and product quality are not easy to guarantee, and energy consumption is also great. In view of this, in November 1982, under the guidance of the Suzhou Concrete and Cement Products Research Institute of the China National Building Material Administration, three ZWK-B type steaming numerical control instruments were installed in the second pressure pipe workshop. After application tests, the shop applied the instrument. Afterwards, the autoclave process production was automatically controlled, the product qualification rate was improved, the steam consumption was reduced, and the effect was good. It was welcomed by the workers and is described below.
