目的:弄清栽培黄精和多花黄精越冬芽早春萌发规律,为大田人工栽培和苗圃无性繁殖提供参考。方法:通过田间定点、定期观察。结果:苗圃及大田栽培的两种黄精越冬芽出土多在3月底4月初,出苗率较高,并有一窝多苗现象。结论:大田栽培,应注意加强早春田间管理,保证出苗正常,提高栽培群体生长。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the germination regularity of the early winter in the cultivated Polygonatum sibiricum and Polygonatum sibiricum and provide the reference for artificial cultivation in the field and vegetative propagation in the nursery. Methods: Through the field fixed-point, regular observation. Results: There were more germination rates in two nucifera and field cultivated more yellow buds than in late March and early April. Conclusion: In field cultivation, attention should be paid to strengthening field management in early spring to ensure normal emergence and increase the growth of cultivated population.
