检测36例柯萨奇B组病毒性脑炎患儿血清免疫球蛋白及IgG亚类浓度,T细胞亚群,PHA(植物血凝素)皮肤试验等变化。结果表明患儿组IgM值明显高于对照组;IgG亚类缺陷检出率为3611%,以IgG1缺陷为主;外周血CD3、CD4细胞百分率降低,CD8细胞百分率增高,而致CD4/CD8比值降低;PHA试验阳性率为3889%。提示柯萨奇B组病毒性脑炎患儿存在有IgG亚类失衡及T细胞功能紊乱。为阐明病脑的发病机理及使用免疫制剂治疗提供理论依据。
36 cases of Coxsackie B virus encephalitis in children serum immunoglobulin and IgG subclasses concentration, T cell subsets, PHA (phytohemagglutinin) skin test changes. The results showed that the IgM value in children was significantly higher than that in control group. The detection rate of IgG subclass defect was 3611%, which was mainly IgG1 deficiency. The percentage of CD3 and CD4 cells in peripheral blood decreased and the percentage of CD8 cells increased. CD8 ratio decreased; PHA test positive rate was 3889%. To clarify the pathogenesis of the disease brain and the use of immunotherapy to provide a theoretical basis.
