中国医学科学院抗菌素研究所已经研制成功合成广谱抗菌药吡卟酸。此药对大肠,痢疾、变形、绿脓、伤寒等革兰氏阴性杆菌有较强的抗菌作用,对部份革兰氏阳性细菌也有抗菌活性。该药与其它抗菌药物没有交叉耐药性,且与青霉素、庆大霉素和羧苄青霉素等有协同作用。该药口服吸收良好,毒性较低,即将举行鉴定,可望成为一种疗效较好的新药。 吡卟酸的主要研究结果是(1)药理试验;除抗菌试验外,还做了急性和亚急性毒性,小鼠生育力和胚胎影响、吸收排泄、组织分布等观察研究,结果表明,口服的半数致死量大
Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Institute of Antibiotics has successfully developed a broad-spectrum antibacterial drug pyrazin.
