做好突发事件应急管理,让企业在危机中免于劫难甚至逢凶化吉是任何企业、组织重要的管理目标之一。结合铁路企业突发事件应急管理现状,认为铁路企业应该从危机意识、预案建设、组织保障、政府公关、媒体沟通等五个方面着手加强应急管理的准备工作。
Emergency management to do a good job, so that enterprises in the crisis from catastrophe or even good luck is any business, organization, one of the important management goals. Combined with the status quo of emergency management of railway enterprise emergencies, it is considered that railway enterprises should start preparations for emergency management in five aspects: crisis awareness, plan construction, organization guarantee, government public relations and media communication.
