根据北京市卫生局1983年在北京24个医院的统计,在早期新生儿死亡中,25%死于新生儿窒息。窒息引起的缺氧、CO_2蓄积和酸中毒又常常是脑损伤的重要原因。Driscoll等观察54例极低体重儿的预后17%有神经系统异常,13%有智力异常,其中,新生儿窒息是与死亡和致残有显著关系的唯一重要因素。可见新生儿窒息在围产期保健中的重要地位。为了解这一问题在我国各地发生和处理的情况,特进行了一次书面调查,现将结果向同道汇报并讨论如
According to the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau in 1983 in Beijing’s 24 hospitals, 25% of neonatal deaths have died of neonatal asphyxia.
