临床上小垂体瘤越来越多见.常用的经蝶窦显微手术仍有许多缺点.因此,作者设计了经鼻蝶窦入路CT引导立体定向射频热凝损毁术以安全有效治疗小垂体瘤.本文用自行研制的BH-2型射频热凝仪进行兔脑热凝损毁实验,24只兔脑各种参数条件下的热凝实验结果表明,BH-2型射频热凝仪功能稳定可靠,临床医师可根据该实验结果选择临床需要的电极参数.
Clinically small pituitary tumors are increasingly common. Commonly used transsphenoidal sinus microsurgery still has many shortcomings. Therefore, the authors designed a transnasal sphenoid sinus approach CT-guided stereotactic radiofrequency thermal coagulation surgery to safely and effectively treat small pituitary tumors. In this study, a rabbit brain thermocoagulation experiment was performed using the BH-2 radiofrequency coagulation apparatus developed by ourselves. The results of thermocoagulation under various parameters of 24 rabbit brains showed that the BH-2 radiofrequency coagulometer is stable and reliable. The doctor can select the clinically needed electrode parameters based on the experimental results.
