公路是我国最为重要的基础设施建设之一,随着市场经济的发展,逐渐吸引了各类资金成本投入,产权交易方式也随之增多,而公路产权交易市场也由此发展起来。本文旨在结合我国市场经济发展的实际情况,从经济法角度探讨公路产权交易。
Highway is one of the most important infrastructure construction in our country. With the development of market economy, it gradually attracts all kinds of capital cost investment, and the way of property right transaction also increases, and the road property rights exchange market develops accordingly. This article aims to combine with the actual situation of the development of market economy in our country, explore the highway property rights transaction from the perspective of economic law.
