当前制约和影响扶贫工作的因素主要有:社会组织参与渠道不畅通、政府与非政府部门扶贫合作机制不完善、社会扶贫工作机制不健全等。文章认为,推进扶贫工作,要做好制度设计和供给,政府与企业以及社会各界开展合作,建立一套完善的监管与问责工作机制,加强扶贫投入的同时做好监督和指导,切实发挥扶贫工作实效。
The current constraints and the impact of poverty alleviation are mainly due to the following factors: poor access to social organizations, imperfect poverty alleviation cooperation between the government and non-government sectors, and unsound social work mechanisms.
