目前,我国的城市规划和城市改造建设事业正以全新的设计、现代化的规模、务实的科学要求及高效高质的速度实现着日新月异的发展。在此发展过程中,有一项工作牵动着政府部门和老百姓的心,即在进行拆除和桩基施工时的扰民、环保问题。因有些地段不能进行爆破作业,有些是不能进行夜间施工的,还有些是因场地限制、大型机械设备无法进入操作,而偏偏又碰上需要赶工期的……
