一九五三年工作總結一年來,在上級黨委、人民政府的領導下,在工會、工業、衛生、政法及基本建高等有關部門的協助及廣大職工羣眾的支持下,本着服務生產、保護勞動、組織力量、推廣經驗的精神和方法,做了不少的工作並取得了不少成绩,但也存在着嚴重的缺點與錯誤,必須今後克服。一、一年來取得的成績,表現在下列幾方面(一)關於勞動保護工作:通過省、市(專署)勞動保護會議,貫徹了中央指示的安全生產統一的方針;進行了安全衛生大檢查,各生产單位及有關單位對勞動保護工作均加以重視和關怀起來。全省國營、地方國營企業都增设或健全了勞动保护組織機構,千人以上的廠矿配備了

The state-owned and local state-owned enterprises in the province have all added or improved the labor protection organizations and institutions. More than a thousand factories and mines are equipped with
