我院胃镜胃电图室近二年来共做胃电图519例。应用国产XS-3B胃镜和EGG-1A胃电图仪,对130例有上消化道症状和体征的病人进行了选择性对照检查。其中慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG),慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)、胃癌(GC)及13例胃溃疡病(GU)均经病理证实。材料和方法本组男98例,女32例;年龄19-74岁。检查前停服中西药物2天,禁食6-12小时。采用皮腹表面电极从腹壁记录的方法,一般采用胃窦和胃体二个电极,个别用了贲门部。试餐用丐包50克。参照1987、5、全国胃电图学术会议(合肥)
