笔者通过分层抽样对北京34所学校调研发现,在政府、学校、家庭及社会各方力量联动,对普通高中教育投入不断加大的背景下,普通高中师资结构合理且整体素质较高,教育质量和教育期待也不断提高,学校教育形成以学生为本的发展观,高中教育满意度较高。但同时调查也反映出区域间、不同类型学校间的教育资源不均衡问题依然严峻,课程改革的深化与教师待遇的提高仍需解决。笔者建议在政策制度方面给予适当倾斜,合理配置资源,进一步巩
