目的 :观察向中缝大核 (NRM)内微量注射催产素 (OT)对大鼠痛阈的影响 ,探讨中缝大核内OT在痛行为调制中的作用。方法 :以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度 (mA)为痛行为反应的指标 ,观察向NRM内注射催产素 (OT)对大鼠痛行为反应的影响。结果 :NRM内注入OT后 ,大鼠的痛阈明显增加 ,并在一定范围内呈明确的剂量 -效应关系。结论 :NRM内的OT在痛觉调制的复杂过程中发挥着一定作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of microinjecting oxytocin (OT) on the pain threshold of rats in the central nucleus raphe magnus (NRM) and to explore the role of OT in the modulation of pain behavior. Methods: The current intensity (mA) of rat tail flick reaction induced by potassium ion penetration was used as an indicator of pain behavior. The effect of intrauterine injection of oxytocin (OT) on pain behavior was observed. RESULTS: After intramuscular injection of OT, the pain threshold was significantly increased in rats and showed a definite dose-response relationship within a certain range. Conclusion: OT in NRM plays a role in the complex process of pain modulation.
