目的了解河南省省直医疗机构消毒效果,找出医院在感染控制工作方面的不足,以便改进消毒方法,提高消毒质量。方法按照2002年版《消毒技术规范》的要求对医院开展消毒效果监测。结果热力灭菌设备合格率100%;内镜合格率为93.3%;手术室空气合格率为51.6%;手和皮肤黏膜合格率为79.8%;使用中消毒剂合格率为97.5%;诊疗台和治疗车表面合格率为90.6%;一次性使用医疗用品合格率为92.6%;透析用水、冲洗水和湿化水等合格率为70.3%;医院污水合格率为91.7%。结论河南省省直医疗机构卫生消毒整体质量有待提高,尤其是医护人员手和手术室内空气合格率较低。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of direct medical institutions in Henan Province to find out the inadequacy of the hospital in infection control in order to improve the disinfection methods and improve the quality of disinfection. Methods In accordance with the requirements of the “Disinfection Technical Specification” in 2002, the hospital conducted disinfection monitoring. Results The rate of qualified sterilization equipment was 100%; the qualified rate of endoscopy was 93.3%; the qualified rate of air in operating room was 51.6%; the passing rate of hand and skin mucous membrane was 79.8%; the pass rate of disinfectant in use was 97.5% The passing rate of the treatment car surface was 90.6%. The passing rate of disposable medical supplies was 92.6%. The passing rate of dialysis water, flushing water and wetting water was 70.3%. The qualified rate of hospital sewage was 91.7%. Conclusion The overall quality of hygiene and disinfection of direct medical institutions in Henan Province needs to be improved, especially the qualified rate of air in hand and operating room of health care workers is low.
