本文报道了激光诱发甜橙芽变的效应。经过12年对激光辐射接穗高接的第一营养世代及第二营养世代的观测分析,诱发其芽变效应,并鉴定筛选出锦橙的少核、晚熟及固酸比较高的变异枝序,为激光柑桔育种提供了依据和选育的材料。
This article reports the effect of laser-induced sweet orange buds.
