我们在对职工普遍进行社会主义信念教育的基础上,从前年8月底开始对青工进行政治轮训。在实践中我们体会到,提高教育的效果,关键要解决青工“坐得住、听得进”的问题。“不打无准备之仗”,这是我们搞好培训的一个重要指导思想。为此,培训前我们做了充分的准备工作。我们采用召开座谈会和问卷调查等形式,就青工有关国情和社会主义若干问题的认识进行了调查分析,为有针对性地搞好教育提供了依据。为了把教育搞实搞活,保证教学质量,我们采取了四种方法:
Based on the universal education of workers and staff in our socialist beliefs, we started carrying out political rotation training for young workers from the end of August of the previous year.
