6月20日,冷通先生诞辰120周年纪念座谈会在南京举行。省政协副主席、省委统战部部长林祥国出席座谈会并讲话。省民建副主委郑建和主持会议。冷遹,字御秋,1882年6月22日生于丹徒。1945年,他与黄炎培、胡厥文等筹备成立了中国民主建国会,是民建会一位资深望重的先驱。建国后,冷遹历任中央财经委员会委员、华东军政委员会委员兼水利部长、江苏省副省长。他曾任民建中央常委、江苏省政协副主席,民建江苏省工作委员会主任委员,全国人大代表,全国政协委员。林祥国在座谈会上高度评价了冷遹先生的一生。他说,冷遹先生的一生是为探求中华民族的出路而英勇奋斗的一生,是为兴办实业、教育和从事农田水利建设而鞠躬尽瘁的一生,是为开创我省民建事业呕心沥血的一生,是光明磊落、淡泊名利、深爱祖国和人民的一生。他的光辉业绩彪炳史册,他的伟大胸怀、高尚情操和独立人格更为我们留下了一笔宝贵的精神财富。今天我们纪念冷遹先生,就是要学习他“人不能无志”、“只要事业对人民有利,不以
