当今世界进入“环保时代”之后，环境保护和国际贸易关系正朝协调一致方向发展。ＷＴＯ的核心ＧＡＴＴ规定了保护环境的贸易措施，各国也不断采取各种环保贸易措施，以求环境保护与国际贸易的协调发展。在此背景，我国面临着沉重压力和良好的机遇，我们的立场是坚持可持续发展，具体而言就是要完善环境法制建设和外贸法制建设
