随着市场经济的逐步推进,我国的许多企业都面临着会计基础薄弱的情况,企业的财务管理缺乏方向。没有目标,一直发展到某一高度就没办法再进行了,这主要是因为,企业的整体发展目标与财务管理目标不能够互相协调,资本结构混乱引起的。因此本文就企业的财务管理目标以及资本结构优化的关系进行探究,之后提出了如何实现财务管理目标,以及怎样优化资本结构进行了讨论,为企业的更好的发展实现指导作用。
With the gradual promotion of market economy, many enterprises in our country are faced with the weak accounting foundation, and the financial management of enterprises lacks direction. There is no goal, has been developed to a certain height there is no way to proceed again, mainly because the overall development goals and financial management objectives can not be coordinated with each other, the capital structure caused by confusion. Therefore, this article explores the relationship between the goal of financial management and the optimization of capital structure, and then proposes how to achieve the goal of financial management and how to optimize the capital structure to discuss, so as to guide the better development of the enterprise.
